Palazzo Conti

Palazzo Conti is an ancient farmhouse dating back to XVIII century. It enjoys an imposing location in the middle of the Val d'Orcia, between Pienza and San Quirico d'Orcia. It has been recently restored , maintaining its old atmosphere untouched.. Palazzo Conti offers its guests a unique bird's eye view of the Val d'Orcia as it is situated in the centre of the "Parco Naturale e Artistico della Val d'Orcia". It is possible to admire from there the characteristic clay hills, the Mount Amiata, Montalcino and the large lake of the farm where fishing is allowed. We have recently developed a biopiscina that is already in use for guests' s Farmhouse Palazzo Conti. The BIOPISCINA is a pool where there is water without using chemicals and cleaning is done by natural wetland plants and oxygenation.

APARTMENTS

There are seven apartments to rent: Four apartments are situated in Palazzo Conti, and 3 with suite in the Granaio.

Il Cipresso: Situated in Palazzo Conti (first floor): one double room, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom and a kitchenette, satellite TV.

L'Olivo: Situated in Palazzo Conti (first floor):two double rooms, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a small kitchen and a shower room, satellite TV.

Il Cortile: Situated in Palazzo Conti (ground floor):two double rooms, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette and a shower room, satellite TV.

Il Melograno: Situated in Palazzo Conti (ground floor): one double room, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a bathroom and a kitchenette, satellite TV.

Il Tramonto: Situated in "granaio" (ground floor), has a double room, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette, a shower room, TV and a porch with garden furniture (table and chairs).

Il Laghetto: Situated in "granaio" (first floor), has a double room, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two people, shower room, TV, a balcony with garden furniture.

Il Corbezzolo: Situated in "granaio" (ground floor), It has three double rooms, each with private bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchenette, a shower room, satellite TV and a porch with garden furniture (table and chairs). The rooms with private bathroom can be rented separately.

OTHER INFORMATION

All the apartments have independent central heating and room outside equipped with garden furniture and barbecue to have meals in the open air. As all the apartments are located within a large farm (55 hectares) populated with the local wild fauna like the oine wood, the lake and the clay hills.
